Open Chess Game Play: All ages and skill-levels welcome!

When: Every Tuesday evening 7:15 pm - 11pm (or so) * * * * * Where: Aurora Turners Club, 1335 Mitchell Rd., in the Banquet Hall, downstairs.

This is just north of Indian Trail, in Aurora, east of Lake Street, west of Farnsworth.

ANCC is affiliated with the US Chess Federation and the Illinois Chess Association.

September Tournaments

9/8 - Star Trek Open - DeKalb - 4 rounds - G/45 - $15 - cash prizes, unrated section also available for newer players

9/15 - Evanston 3x3 - 3 rounds, 3 sections - G/65 - $5

9/16 - Knights Quest - Northbrook - 4 rounds G/30 - U600, U1000 & U1400 are scholastic only. Open section available to adults - $30 - 1pm

9/23 - North Shore Chess Center - Skokie - 4 round G/45 - $30 - 10am

9/29-30 - North Shore Chess Center G/60+5 - Skokie - 6 round G/60+5 - $30 - 10am both days
